PC Alert 4 help

Hello all,I just bought a new mobo, msi k8n neo 4 platinum, and then i built the pc. But there is something that i cant understand,in the pic below you can see in the temperature field , the red numbers, and then a buzzy alarm starts ..

well, i think that something is wrong then.. but what does this suppoeses to be? whats wrong? .. im still a newbie at the pc building thing, so please, if someone can help,id be alot appreciated !! =)

If that is right, your 12V line is dead and you need a new PSU. Also your CPU fan isn't spinning (which makes sense if the 12V line is down)

well,the cpu fun is working fine now, but I still get the message about the temperature thing .. some people says that it could be wrong,or else the computer should not even power on ..
is there any thing I can do to make sure that the 12v connector is working correctly? besides using this program ..

and if its really operating at that low voltage, what could I do ? because I changed the power supply and i got the same message .. :(

Try Motherboard monitor or if you have a multimeter (will be accurate, software isn't guranteed to read everything properly) use that to test the lines.
