PC and Mac format

i have a 60gb freecom drive and i would like to use it on a Mac and my PC. i used to be able to do this but i had to reformat my hdd due to many problems. and now i can only use it on my PC. the format is NTFS. what format can i use for Mac and Pc? is it Fat32 or Fat? and if so i dont have them options when i go to format. thanks!

I did this a few months ago, but I cant remember what options it gave me. I want to say you will be able to choose ntfs or fats32, but dont qoute me on it.

whats weird is that i cant the only option that i get is NTFS. i age be doing something wrong but i go control panel>adminstration>computer mangement then to the drive that i want to format. any more suggestions? thanks!
