What games are you wanting to play? Don't need 850 watts for that system. A good 500 watt power supply would run that.
 
Like GTA V online and maybe sometime something else. Yeahh i know i was thinking about it but i werent sure so i picked it becouse better more than less!
 
I would go with a gtx 970 instead or even an R9 380. Why spend more on a power supply when its not needed though?

The 970 only requires 500 watts while the r9 380 will require a 550 watt power supply.

I agree the 5820 would be better if you will primarily edit media, as the extra cores will improve performance, and will still work well for gaming. That's not to say the 6700 won't work well though, but you'd get more bang for your buck out of the 5820.

For the video card, it depends which two you are comparing.
