I have a HAF 922 Gaming Rig, has a 4850 Graphics Card, a i7-930 processor.

I am adding a side fan and a bottom fan, wondering, is there any programs that control fan speeds or recommendations on which fan to have as blowing into the case and which blow out of the case. I know top fan usually is for blowing out.

By the way, I am adding two 200MM fans.

How are you plugging the fans in? If they're not plugged into your motherboard then there's no way for any software to control them.

You can get a fan controller though.

As drenlin said get a fan controller. I tried adjusting my fan speeds with asus smart doctor and got all kinds of system warnings lol.
Fan controllers come with a lot of wires though, to much for some people. If you think you can organize it well then it would probably be your best choice.
