PC Doctor or something to check and help with computer

i have a eMachiens emonster 500a and i have formatted it with the disk it came with three times. everytime a new quirk happens.

what is a good service to use like PCdoctor or something like it. i will pay if i have to but just want a good service and not waste time and money.

any suggestions ?

thanks for all ya'll s help. i weneded up wasting some money on 1clickpcfix. so far no problems though. thanks again.
