[Settlement]

First off I would like to say that I have no experience in building a PC. I was wondering if this build would be able to run games like Total War: Shogun 2, Skyrim, Battlefield 3, Diablo 3, Tera, SWTOR and other future games in at least high specs.

These are the parts I am looking to buy. I was wondering if these parts are compatible and if there is anything I should change. I will be using a ear force x12 turtle beach gaming headset and I do plan to overclock in the future when I learn how to.
