I would like to buy a computer and I would like to know if it could run games on ULTRA or even HIGH and if it could render video and register them. The computer is:
CPU - i7 6700 Skylake (3.4 GHz)

Motherboard- Intel z170

RAM - DDR4 8GB 2133

GPU - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 2GB

SSD - 128 GB for the Operating System

OS - Windows 10
I know that if I make a computer it would cost less and it would work better but I prefer not to. Thank you.

Yes you can render video. The game settings would depend the resolution you plan to play games at.

A single 960 may or may not get you a playable framerate on ultra, depending on the game.

If you're a little budget limited you can get higher gaming performance by dropping to an i5 6600K and putting the savings into a faster video card like the 970, however that may or may not impact your video encoding performance depending on the application.
