PC is very slow

Ihave big problem in my PC, I have processor AMD 64 bit and Asus Motherboard,
Before was very very good, but now is slow I don't know what happened.
Any body help me Please?
I change my hard disk and change RAMs.
Ram = 768MB
Hard disk =120GB sata
What I doing?​

I make after that format and still slow.
I take the hard disk and put another PC and make Install windows its ok very fast but when I return it to first PC still slow.

you mean like when you drag a window and move it all around it lags
or slow in Loading ?

Did you check to see if your hard disk is running in PIO mode? If it is then you should set it to DMA.

First of all you can't put your hard drive in another pc and install windows, take it out and put it in yours and expect everything to work right. You have to install windows using your own computer. Otherwise that hard drive is set up to use the other computers hardware and not yours. And frankly i'm surprised that it even booted into windows when you switched over.
