pc not loading

hello

my pc was working perfectly yesterday and now all of a sudden its not coming on propperly.

it keeps displaying the same message.. "Reboot and select proper Boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press any key"

now iv checked the BIOS and my hard drive isnt being detected. iv also checked for loose connections but nothing seems amiss.

has anyone else got any ideas why my hard drive isnt being detected???

Possible your HDD went out and now your computer has nothing to boot from. Have you been inside your computer messing with anything outside of when you checked for loose connections? If not, I'm putting my money on a spent drive but just my advice. Someone may come along with a better idea.
