PC or Laptop?

Hi, just wondering if I should get a laptop or a PC.
Don't tell me to get both, I don't have that much money.
I have a laptop now, and I only move it from room to room, sometimes overseas.

if you need to travel with it, get a laptop. if you don't actually have to take it anywhere, you could get a twice as powerful pc for the same cost.

and, if you already have a laptop, then you wouldn't need to get both
could just get a pc for home use, and use your current laptop for travelling.

It really all depends. Do you game? A desktop would give more bang for the buck. Do you surf the web, emails, word processing, etc? Then either is fine, although the laptop will offer portability at the expense of screensize and usually not so great keyboards.
