PC Performaner Manager trojan?

Context: I just installed Hamachi on my computer, and although that seems to have worked fine, I believe it brought along some unwelcome guests. I first noticed when Google Chrome suddenly couldn't read my preferences, and had uninstalled all of my extensions in favor of a rather sketchy looking "appbario8" toolbar, and some PriceGoing Price Companion.

I did some digging around, found a suspicious process running that called itself an Application Manager, tried to end it, it just came back. Bingo. I opened the file location (Path: C:\ProgramData\PC Performer Manager\2.2.558.177\{16cdff19-861d-48e3-a751-d99a27784753}) and tried to delete it, didn't allow me because it was open in some other program. I tried scanning it with Avast, though it didn't find any threat. Is there any way to remove this if my anti-virus doesn't recognize it?

You probably didn't get Hamachi from a good source. Frequently website will host software to download, but they use their own "downloaders" to do it for you. Normally they try to sneakily install software on your computer that you probably don't want such as toolbars and other stuff that may be malware. I'd advise running CCleaner and Malware Bytes.

I normally download stuff from these places but when doing the install or download I carefully check the instructions and checked boxes to make sure it's not installing anything I don't want. They normally are just bloatware and other crap but sometimes it can bet viruses.l
