PC powers on but no beeps from motherboard, no power led, no hdd led, fails to boot, monitor doesn’t on, SMPS fans and processor fan are spinning. Optical drives open and close. Removed all ram apart from slot 1, unplugged all drives, unplugged power cord and pressed power button to discharge any power. Unplugged power cord, led cord, reset cord, hdd led cord and plugged. Nothing works.

Configuration:
Motherboard: G31
Processor: Intel DC
Mouse: zebronics
Keyboard: zebronics
Monitor: Acer
OS: XP SP 2

Everything was working fine since last 2 year.

Has anything changed since it was last used? No moving the PC from one location to another, new hardware added/removed, etc.? I'd probably bet on it being a bad power supply, if you have one to borrow from another PC, to test with.

Can be a sign of a dead motherboard. Try unplugging the CPU power connector and see if it boots any further. If it does, the board has toasted VRM's. I wouldn't recommend keeping the machine on for too long without the CPU connector in, though.
