PC prob with new ram

I origanally had 2gb ddr2 800 ram wit a latency of 5. it was the gskill with red heatsinks. now i got 2gb ddr2 800 patriot ram with a latency of 4. Now windows freezes like 30 seconds after login.

Any ideas ?
