PC problem - video

Hi, my pc doesn't work and don't have a clue what it is. When I turn on my pc it just does one beep and than doesn't load DOS and Windows. It is just working just no picture and monitor is working. Video: http://sendvid.com/hbpdz3gg

Hello,

Test with another GPU. Alternatively you could clear CMOS and try to boot.

That video doesn't really show us much, but that power supply looks rather awful.
 
well the fact that it is POSTing is good. You probably have a graphics adapter problem. Try a different one.

Also, there is no DOS under Windows and there hasn't been for approx. two decades.
