PC Sleep mode question?

My new build has gone into sleep mode twice when left unattended and on for an extended period of time.

My keyboard doesn't have a wake up button on it? I've been using my reset / on off button to wake it up - but I'm thinking that's not the best way.

Any suggestions as to how I wake it up - or would it be best to turn off the sleep mode somehow? Is that in the Bios - or a windows menu I should be looking to turn off the feature?

I'm using Windows 7 RC btw.
 
They been having troubles with that sleep mode in Windows 7, I would turn it off.
Go into Control Panel. Click on Hardware and Sound, then Power Options, Edit Plan settings
Put the computer to sleep, I have (Never).

You can tell it to turn on by mouse or keyboard in the BIOS.

Btw, I always use the Power button to resume.

Funny thing about that is - my PC loads up from being turned off - faster than it loads up from being asleep. The only difference is that I have the most recently opened apps / webpages open when I wake up the PC from sleep.
