PC to TV

I want to plug my PC into my 21"TV.But my card manufacturer has bundled only one S-Video cable.But I have another S-Video to TV video in cable which I got from my previous card.I tried with my old card but it was very blur and all lining over the TV screen.So can I do it again with my new card or do I need any other cables to do the job?
 
lol it's a 7 yr old TV.The only port it has is two audio video port at back one pair for line out and another pair for line in.And also has a pair of AV in at front.
