PC to TV

hi all,
I need a pinout for a VGA to composite video cable like this

I know there cheap but I just want to build my own and my video card does support tv-out so it will work I just need to know which wires go where can anyone help me out?

The black wire is S-Video Out. The Yellow wire is Video Out. The blue wire is supposed to be plugged on your PC.

umm I kinda already know that I want to know how to MAKE one of those of adapters like I need to know which wires to connect to which pins on the VGA connector
