PC to TV

I'm trying to connect my PC (Windows XP) to my TV.

I am using a scart to av cable connected to an S-Video cable in my computer.

My TV is United KIngdom - PAL format.

My problem is that the display output on my TV is in black and white. Any ideas?

The best would be if you had a DVI Connector on your TV, then the next best would be S-Video, then RCA.

When i tried to hook up my pc to tv, i used a s-video to rca converter, and it looked fuzzy and was black and white.
 
Weird, i have the same setup and it didnt do that too me. Check under your display settings to make sure that you didnt accidently put it in black and white, or put it to color. If it is already under color mode, Then i have no idea.
 
RCA (A.K.A Composite video) works great for me, the quality is good and I get colours. Too bad it's at 640x480.
