PC upgrade: Do I need to upgrade any of these parts?

I'm finally getting around to upgrading my PC (it's more than 4 years old!) and I'm wondering if the following items need an upgrade, or if they are still fine:

Sound card: Creative SoundBlaster X-Fi Xtremegamer
Monitor: LG L226WTQ-BF
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 7200.11 500GB
Optical: Samsung 20x DVD Burner
Speakers: Logitech X-230

They all still seem fine, but I wanted to see if anyone had any advice or comments about these particular things. (Obviously all the other hardware will get upgraded, except probably my keyboard and mouse, and I still love my case too.)

Thanks.

I'd say it's all good. Onboard sound is pretty good these days so if you are upgrading your board you may not even need the sound card, but if you have it then when not use it?

I don't really have a budget. It won't be a super computer that costs $5000, but I'm not really restricting myself too much. If I had to put a price, I'd say $1500 to $2000. But I'd rather not buy a bunch of new things if I don't need to.
