P prop Member Apr 5, 2021 #1 that`s what i get when i try to turn on my dell inspiron laptop that is less than a year old.i tried all the advanced options and using the recovery key and it says can`t restart with this key or something like that.any ideas?

P Pupp Member Apr 6, 2021 #5 You might want to get it repaired under warranty. It may be that your hard drive got damaged and has back sectors.
