PC Won't Turn on!

Hello everyone. Last night i installed my Tuniq Tower 120 into the rig in my sig . everything worked fine, and the temps lowered a good bit....

I decided to overclock a bit more, as I was stable at 3.22GHz and ran orthos all day. I went up to 3.3 by raising the FSB in my BIOS to "1470" or thereabouts. Windows booted fine...

I opened up orthos to do a test. A few minutes into orthos my computer just randomly SHUT OFF.
It now will not turn on again, ive tried clearing the BIOS, plugging/unplugging the PSU, etc.

Also... when the computer shut off and i tried to turn it on again, the PSU fan spun, but nothing else happens. The PSU isn't dead because when i turn the PSU on the LED on my mobo lights up.

What is the issue?? How did this happen, and what is dead/killed/broken/etc.etc.?
Please help! Thanks a lot

Might've fried that motherboard... maybe. small chance though...:

1.fried mobo
2.shorting
3.psu is bad
4.hardware conflict
5.take out battery and set cmos defaults again

Okay i was able to troubleshoot and figure out that it was the weight of the HSF that was pulling the motherboard/drooping it a bit which turned it off. I reinstalled it, hopefully it doesnt give me more problems
