It is worth around $1000-$1100 It's a good gaming computer. However, if it had a better videocard and psu then it will become a beast pc

Would I be able to upgrade the videocard and the psu? If yes what would you recommend and which would be more important?

You are able to upgrade both units. The videocard matters more, however it needs a lot of energy to power it, that's where the psu comes in.

You should get at least a GTX 770. If you were to minus the 660, you only pay $140 more for this GTX 770 . This card is roughly 50% faster.

If money isn't an issue, then double your performance and pay $300 more for a GTX 780, then you should be able to throw any game at it at maximum graphics :P

Look for at least a 700W psu to power that baby and they can range around $40-$100 depending on the quality. Aim for more amps on the +12v rail

Agree that a more powerful GPU and PSU would make a huge difference. Look at the options of upgrading on the site that you building the computer on.
