PC100 Motherboard

Hi there I have a PC 100 motherboard with and AMD k6 processor @ 337 MHZ i want to change the procesor so I can run an external hard drive on my computer instead of having to get a new internal hard drive and then if I get a new computer I can hook the external to that one. Im planning to put 2x256MB of memory to get 512 thats that max it will take. Now my question is what the newest and fastest processor can I put into my motherboad its a Super 7 socket.
 
well it only makes scence for them not to make any for a k6 socket since a k6 is equivallent to a PII, but there are alot of stores here in toronto that have a few new PIII lying around, and i checked out this k6-2 but i dontthink its in working order

I have a AMD-K6-2 around but it is 266mhz
