PC2-5300 only for Laptop?

PC2-5300 only for Laptop?

is pc2-5300 only exist for laptop memory? cuz it seems that way... i check ebay and all I see is laptop.... but its strange... cuz i will be having a desktop with pc2-5300.... so can someone confirm why i am seeing only laptop that is pc2-5300 and not desktop?
 
They exist for both. You might be able to find PC5400, it's basically the same speed. They are both close to 667MHz, with 5300 being just under and 5400 just over.
