PC4300 @ 266.7 Mhz?

I just bought a new laptop, and CPU-Z says it has 2x512MB PC4300 @266.7Mhz, but I thought PC4300 memory was @ 533Mhz? Is it underclocked maybe? I'm running a Pentium M 760, 2Ghz.

no, ddr stands for "double data rate", meaning it is at 266.7mhz. double this and it is at 533.

Ooh, right. Thanks! So if I'd like to add memory, should I look for "PC4300", "266.7Mhz" or "533Mhz" ?
