just bought a new motherboard which is a m810lr-h to run my amd athlon xp 1800 chip
now if the processor is fitted the fan turns for a second then stops
if the processor is not fitted the fan spins perfectly
i know the processor worked in old pc but replaced board
does this mean processor faulty
