PCI graphics card

hi i was wondering if anyone has a suggestion on a pci graphics card? i bought a previously upgraded system that runs vista fine, but i want the window effects and such. is there any card that would allow me to do this? obviously it needs to be a supported company because i need vista drivers. again, this is a pci card.
