PCI IDE controller card Drives not showing up in Win7 64-bit

FIXED!! I reinstalled Vista to dual boot with Win7. The drives work with no further setup required in Vista, still no luck accessing the drives from Window 7. I tried copying the drivers from vista but it said device incompatible, I think the PCI IDE adapter simply cannot handle x64 architecture.
