PCI Problem

I have a computer with PCI slots but the game I want to get"Typhoon Rising" says this--------------AGP 2x required * AGP 4x recommended-----Will I be able to play even though I don't have AGP slots?
 
I believe that's more of a way of benchmarking a minimum graphics card requirement level than a particular classification of hardware. If you have a card that has been made in about the last 4 or 5 years, then you should be absolutely fine.
