PCI Problems - Graphics Cards!?

Hopefully someone can help me out here.

I bought a Dell Dimension 3000 the other day thinking it was a Dimension 4500. Basically, the PCI slots in the 3000 are 32 bit 5.0 volts and won't fit with any of the graphics cards I bought today (I went to a PC superstore twice today, and they gave me the wrong card me both times).

Can anyone suggest a Graphics card which will fit in my particular PCI slot? PCI express won't work, which rules out the Radeon X600 (which I bought today) among others.

Any info would be great.

It's called a standard PCI slot. I don't know what cards are out there, but you are VERY limited to your options just due to the speed limitations of PCI

from what i gather, the best pci card your lookijg at from nvidia (not sure what the ATI equivalent is) is the FX5700 le. you can find one here
