pci.sys file is corrupted?

I wish it was that easy but I am trying to install windows and it's loading after kernel debugger is windows setup then that shows.
 
I have had this problem before. Srry i cant remember how i fixed this. I think you have to delete your old partition and then reformat. Srry Can't remember edzactly!
 
It never gets to the part where I wanna pick a format first the files have to load then it asks me what type of form I want it to load thats what happend when i dowloaded it to the old (really old ) pc

My guess would be the cd is the problem then.
