I can't tell if this mobo is compatable with PCIE 2.0 x16 or not? How do I find out?

No I dont think it is a PCIe 2.0 board. With onboard the Nvidia 8000 series chipset boards are 2.0 and there non onboard 750a/780a series chipsets

I would get either the EVGA or one of the XFX cards.

No you wont tell any difference running a 9600GSO on a PCIe 1.0 board.

So out of these four:

Which would fit best with this mobo?

Also:
Wouldn't the backwards compatibility cause the graphics card to slow down to equal a lesser card? If so by how much?

It wont slow too much

Im running my GTX 295 on a PCIx16 1.0.

Im hitting 150 frames on CoD4 (Creek), and thats the most graphics intensive stage. Im getting the same on all ghillied up.

Not bad. But my biggest bottleneck is my CPU
