PCIe?

I have a Biostar P4M800 and i have a video card Asus that says it requires a computer/mobo with PCI Express. Is plain PCI or is that mobo that i have compatible with PCI Express?

The mobo=P4M800
the card= Asus N6200TC

i just am really confused if they are compatible. Thanks for the help in advance.

Doesn't have pci-express just agp and 3 regular pci

PCI and PCI-E are different. It sounds like the 6200 you're talking about uses a PCI-E x16 slot, while your motherboard has an AGP slot. I do believe that the 6200 was also made in an AGP version though.
