While I have no HD I am having fun playing around with Live CDs. Is PC LinuxOS worth getting? Thanks!

yes it's worth it, trust me, especially the latest 2007 version. though i don't like KDE as much, kde has prooven to be good with PClinux, try it you'll see

You can easily "Un-Bulkize" it.
