PEG-T415 Memory stick problems

I bought a 64MB Memory Stick Pro to put in my Sony Clié PEG-T415 so that I can run apps on it. Unfortunately, it thinks there is no memory stick inserted. I go to card info, it says the memory stick is there, but I can't format it?

Format it on a computer.

I already did that. With FAT, NTFS, and exFAT. All file systems it didn't find it.
