pentium m question

how can the pentium Ms be faster than a lot of the athlon 64s? I was just wondering because I can't see how...
Either way, I'm sticking with the tried and true Athlon CPUs for my gaming :D

higher efficiency clock for clock.
 
must be very efficient... It won't be too long before AMD creates something better. Probably their CPUs with the new sockets that they are releasing in 2006. I wonder when they will break the 200Mhz core clock barrier....hmmmm

Been broken for a few months now :) (unless you mean for a specific platform)
