Performance of chinese laptop CHUWI LapBook 12.3

I am looking for a 2k display laptop for using remote desktop with it.

I found a chinese laptop here: http://www.gearbest.com/laptops/pp_622091.html?wid=11

It runs with a Intel Celeron N3450 processor, an integrated Intel HD Graphics 500 200-700mHz and 6GB of RAM.

My question is: Is this enough to run TeamViewer or similar programs on a 2k resolution smoothly?
 
Where will you be remoting in from? If it's not in the same house or building you're usually more limited by latency and available bandwidth through RDP/VNC/Teamviewer than you are by processing speed
 
Internet wont be a problem since I have 24/24
That's not very much. You could also have 24 mbit but 100+ms latency that will make RDP noticeably more awful.

Otherwise I'd just spin up a VM on my current PC and use that. What are you trying to accomplish by remoting back home?
 
I used remote desktop with the same home setup before, with no latency :)

Well, since a decent laptop with a fast processor, with good RAm and a at least 2k display costs a lot I want to try using a budget 2k laptop with remote desktop-ing my PC, which is fast enough to run every software I use.

I tried it with my current 700€ HP laptop, but since it has a HD(768p) screen, I was very little desktop space to work with. Other than that, working from a remote desktop works smoothly. (I used AnyDesk for that)
