If I email something to someone are they given some of my personal information like ip address etc. Also, what is a address header and what is in it that tells the other person personal (ip address etc) things about myself. Thanks

Emails do not transmit ip addresses, they are simply text messages, or html messages stored in a database. Flags are used to record, who sent, recieved etc... all done by registered userNames.

all you need is:

address: that is the [email protected] address
subject: you dont require one, although some make you put one. its anything you want.
CC: just other people you may want to send the email to. if none. dont put anything.

thats it. simple. it doesn't send anything, just what you type and want it to send.
