PF Usage Question

I have noticed lately that my CPU usage is jumping all over and the my PF usage is close to maxed all the time, at 3.72 GB. Is this bad, something I should fix? I'd like to hear what everyone thinks. Thanks a lot.
 
If your CPU usage is constantly jumping something running the background is doing something. Run spyware scans to make sure everything is ok.

For your pagefile, how much RAM do you have? 3.72GB is still too much for the pagefile on a typical system but if you have a low amount of RAM that will help explain why it is so large.
 
Something's defiently going on there. This reading is taken with only the stuff that starts with windows running right?
 
I'm going by when I hit ctrl+alt delete and go to performance. Since I have had my computer on, I have a constant reading of 3.78 GB
