Phenom II x4 965 Core Temp

Hey,
Just got done building my computer a few days ago and I'm looking for some thoughts/information. After building it, I ran Core Temp and other programs to test my overclocking and core temps. Currently my computer runs 31-32 C idle with OC of 3.9 (206x19). I then ran prime95 tortue test for 6 hours straight and it stayed stable at 67-68 C. I believe that the TJmax is 70 (if I'm not mistaking).

I think the rule of thumb is to keep the core temp 20 C below TJmax at full load. So I'm curious about your suggestions. I know I installed the items properly (thermal paste and heatsink) but don't know why my full load temp goes way up. When I play Starcraft 2 for a few hours it remains at about 50 C.

Specs:
AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition Deneb 3.4GHz
MSI NF980-G65 AM3 NVIDIA nForce 980a SLI HDMI ATX AMD Motherboard
G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)
ARCTIC COOLING Freezer 7 Pro Rev.2 92mm Fluid Dynamic CPU Cooler
CORSAIR CMPSU-650TX 650W ATX12V / EPS12V
Arctic Silver 5 Thermal Compound

Me personally, I don't let my CPU go over 60 at full load. Phenom II x4 945 @ 3.81 stable.

A Freezer 7 Pro is a good cooler. But kinda on the small side to be really going for a high overclock on a 965.
