Phenoms: Is Zalman 9500 enough? Or do I need 9700?

I've also heard of people using the Arctic Freezer Pro 64, but it's hard to imagine such a cheap cooler working for a 125W quad.

So, I was thinking I'd pay a little more for a tried and true solution...but is the Zalman 9700 overkill (it's a bit costly, after all, considering I'm not going to overclock)? Is the 9500 enough? My guess is I'll probably end up with the Phenom 9950, since the AM3s will probably be expensive when they first come out. (Would be nice if the 9950 came out in a 95W version...)

My goal is idle temps of 30-40C, and temps under load of 45-55C max. I have a Cooler Master CM 690 case, if that helps as far as fit/size recommendations go.

Buddy of mine is using my Arctic 64 Pro right now on his 9750 phenom since I am waiting for payment to buy my new MB so I can escape this damn Celeron and get my 9850 in use ~_~

Nothing makes you more grateful then going to a X2 then to a low grade 2.8ghz cely though it does its what I ask of it I just can't game ^-^

Oddly enough it does pretty well I wouldn't advise it BUT there was some benchmarks on it and it said on full load on a 125TDP CPU the temp would be 23.5c of ambient.

Its not a wonderful fix BUT it would keep it in good temp ranges maybe better then with stock cooling without the noise.

*edit*
I found the site...mind you its old but this was before we had all these awesome coolers for phenoms.
