You basically mark them as spam or set up rules. If you mark as spam they should directly go to spam folder or not even download depending on application.

The problem is that you get a spam email so you set up a rule to rejectg that one or to reject a keyword. That rule may not apply to other emails and what I have found with using keywords is that some wanted email can get rejected. Unfortunately, as far as I know, there are no programs that will just look at your emails and reject all the bad ones. You will have to make rules up to tell that program, or your email client, what to reject.

Office 365 spam protection is normally pretty good, but if your users are getting stuff, you can log into he Exchange admin portal and add stuff to the block list.
