Phishing email and keylogging

Okay I am new to the world of everything computer, however I received a phishing email, and noticed the following strain (link, I'm guessing) was automatically set within the email.

http:ht.boom.ru/ISAPI.dll$SignInco_partnerld-2$UserId-$siteid-0$pageType-$pa1-$i1-$bshowgif-$UsingSSL-$ru-$fdr-10906987.0-0.0.8417009.13191-275$73.6..$sscs-36k.h-v5/index.html

Being as I am not to savvy on what all this means, is there anyone here can decipher what this mean? I see a dll, but I need to know if this is going to be an issue, or am I okay?

If it is a phishing email, just ignore it. Delete it and do not open the link.

What e-mail service do you use? Most good ones have a phishing report system.
