I am about to OC my processor again an am wondering what things in the BIOS I should be able to OC with no problem, and what things I should not touch. Under the "Advanced Chipset Features" window, there are these things:
System Performance: Optimal, Turbo, Expert (I leave that on expert as it gives me the most control of individual settings)
CPU Ratio: Default, 11, 11.5, 12, 12.5, 5, 5.5, 6, 6.5, 7, 7.5, 8, 8.5, 9, 9.5, 10
(Set on Default)
FSB Frequency: 100, 133, 166, 200 MHz (I set it on 166, usually on 100)
CPU Interface: Optimal, Agressive
Memory Frequency: By SPD, 50-200%, Auto
(Set on the By SPD)
Resulting Frequency: On "By SPD", the freq. is 200MHz, which equals 125% on the memory freq.
Memory Timings: Optimal, Turbo, Expert (Set on Optimal)
On expert more options appear: T(RAS), T(RCD), T(RP), and the CAS Latency
What should I be able to OC?
Thanks
