Phone Help To Run Out.

Should I sunscribe for the extra year with HP ? it cost around $ 60.00 and if I let it lapse they want $ 30.00 every time you call ! at that price I never would, but this is my first computer and I know I'll need help with some of the most basic functions, can I count on this place ?

With the kind of resources available on the internet, I would save my money. But, is this for phone help only or also for the warranty on parts?
 
This was for the phone help line, I bought the computer in July 2005, I think I have a years warranty on the computer and then another 2 years with Staples where I bought it. I bought an HP printer at the same time and it's already in the HP shop for repair, they don't have parts for it so I think I'm getting a new one.
