Phoniex - award cosmos motherboard help !

My motherboard (read title) has a bad options because there is no options for overclocking except for other things like the time and date and other useless stuff , how would i know if this was my bios options ? because i see no title saying bios or anything and i really want to overclock my amd 3500+.

Please help me out ;)

If the PC is a pre-built then the producer of the PC will have put a restricted BIOS on to the CMOS chip instead of the full one you generally get with mid to high end custom motherboards. This is so you have to buy a new PC for better performance and it reduced warranty headaches from inexperienced users frying something.
