photo resizing software?

is there a small easy to use photo resizing program out there somewhere? i have my easyshare software, but it wont let me resize photos...any thoughts?

A couple come to mind...for free try download.com, google has a download called Picassa. For around $60 you can get Photoshop Elements which is excellent.

Picasa is good, you can also try irfanview or xnview
