Photoshop Menus are TINY with my new UHD monitor - HELP please

I've just upgraded my PC, I have a 28inch UHD PC monitor. I've also got Adobe Creative Suite CS6.
My problem is that the Adobe suite programmes load with tiny menus and icons and I’m unable to find a way to make them larger. They are so tiny i can’t use the software.
I've tried going to Edit > Preferences > Interface, yet everything is already set to large.

I need a way to get the meu and icons normal size without having to constantly mess about changing my pc resolution all the time.

Perhaps there is a hack or plugin to do this? Or some way to open it in a different resolution?

Right click on your desktop and choose Screen Resolution. At the bottom select "Make text and other items appear larger or smaller".

Go to Control Panel > Displays and change the size from 100% to 150% or 200%, this will enlarge the fonts and other items.

Just made a little google search and this happened to be on the photoshop forums:

Have you updated photoshop and attempted to use the experimental 200% UI?
