Physical dump memory

The problem is actually in my sister's laptop, OS Windows 7 Ultimate, 64 bit

The problem started after a trial version of KIS 2012 was downloaded from the kaspersky website and installed. Now the laptop fails to turn on, every time it shows a blue screen and something like physical memory dump. I do not know what codes or values are shown as currently we live in different places. It however turns on safe mode but this does not allow to uninstall the KIS. I have been told that a system recovery did not work either.

Please give me some suggestions which I can pass onto my sister

Try installing Revo Uninstaller and see if that gets rid of the program.

I would do a System Restore to a point before the program was installed that started causing problems.

To get to System Restore do the following:

Open the Start Menu then:
Click on All Programs --> Accessories --> System Tools --> System Restore
