Here's an evolution of my PC...

December 2010/January 2011 - first build. Could tell I was n00b because of all the lights. ;)

Literally no cable management at all, I just dumped everything in the case.

Then I replaced the crappy GT 220 with a GTS 450 which was a great card for the money and tidied up the cables a bit and it ended up looking like this. Added an SSD (Crucial M4) in October 2011:

(That's about October 2011)

Then I did more cable management once I had got myself a new power supply this February:

Shortly afterwards the Foxconn board died, so I picked up a second hand ASUS P7P55D-E on eBay for about £90. This was one of my favourite builds:

Then I decided to upgrade to LGA 1155 in March so I sold the i5 760 and the P7P55D-E and the RAM and the graphics card on eBay and got myself what's in my sig now instead. :)

So there's been about 3 different builds in one PC over the course of almost two years. :D

That last photo was taken in July. Not a lot has changed since then. I got given the chance to upgrade the M4 to a SanDisk Extreme 120GB SSD in September, so I did, and the other week Dad gave me a free WD Caviar Green 1TB disk to add my PC so that is now working nicely with my 2TB Caviar Green too. :D

Mine looks like a black hole with GTX 670 stuck inside... LOL

Ohh the shame!

My early systems make me cringe :P

I've dug up some images of my first 2 systems, built throughout 2006.

The first was a pre-build that was moved into a new case, with a few accessories.

The second is when I had purchased my first parts, and stuck everything in a new case

My first, and god awful first attempt at watercooling, with a £50 WC Kit from AlphaCool :P

I don't have any images of my new build, as it's not built yet, I'm still painting my room! :D

BTW the graphics card was a LeadTek 7600GT XT
